represents you but remains an employee of MTS, who administers
payroll, taxes and employee benefits. You pay a simple, fixed
rate based on the amount of actual time worked.
Contract-to-Hire Staffing

you’ve hired the wrong person. With MTS contract-to-hire
alternative, you can evaluate personnel by working with them
on a contract basis before transitioning to permanent status,
monitoring employee skill levels and confirming compatibility
with your organization. These contract employees continue
to work for MTS until you are comfortable that they are a
good fit for your company.

Payroll and Benefit
Administration
With Malace Technical Services’ payroll and benefit
administration services, all or a portion of your existing
human resource management responsibilities can be transferred
to MTS. You have the flexibility to choose basic payroll administration
services all the way up to transfer of a portion or all of
your existing staff to Malace Technical Services’ payroll,
with full benefits, and continue their responsibilities under
contract with your company.
A partial or complete transfer of existing staff serves two
purposes: When economic times are turbulent, this style arrangement
can help manage your labor costs while allowing you to retain
key staff as required. In addition, through our predefined
benefit packages which include medical, prescription, dental
and vision insurance, company sponsored life and long-term
disability insurance, holiday and vacation pay and a 401k
retirement plan, ensuring the well being of your employees
